You Do Not have to select new meals each week. We are a weekly subscription company so you will receive the same meals you selected the previous week. If we change our menu, you will receive an email notifying you of the change and an opportunity to modify your selection. We process orders on Thursday at 10PM and start working on sourcing ingredients. Meals are delivered on Sunday, in time for the start of a new week.
